Visible from the street. Flexible inside.
Clear front windows put your concept in view of the Chambers Street audience. Inside, a white-box former gallery gives you room to arrange merchandise, displays, and customer flow around your brand.
The elevated rear office overlooks the main floor. A storage basement of approximately 1,200 sq ft can help keep stock, packaging, or extra fixtures out of sight by arrangement. A bathroom is at the rear, utilities are included with short-term rentals, and an on-site manager can help with practical questions.
The storefront sits near a subway entrance at the corner, with convenient access to Battery Park City and the wider downtown area.
