The former art gallery offers approximately 1,800 sq ft of main-floor space with white walls and a refinished floor. It is a flexible starting point for a fashion collection, product launch, gallery-style retail presentation, or temporary showroom. Layout and use are agreed for each rental.
Behind the public-facing experience, a rear bathroom and an elevated office overlooking the main floor support the operation. Approximately 1,200 sq ft of basement space may be available for inventory storage by arrangement. The basement is not advertised as customer-facing retail or event space.
