154 Chambers offers a white-box main floor, refinished floor, and clear front windows. The street-level entrance and Tribeca address can serve retail and city scenes; the former gallery interior can be dressed for your concept.
A raised rear office overlooks the space and may support production management. The basement may be discussed for gear or prop storage by arrangement. There is a bathroom at the rear, utilities are included with short-term rentals, and an on-site manager is available for practical coordination.
Share your crew size, equipment, power needs, hours, loading plan, and whether you need exterior filming. Any street activity, permits, or special production requirements remain the renter's responsibility to confirm.
